23 Beautiful Ways to Showcase Testimonials on Squarespace
Showcasing testimonials on your website is one of the best ways to convert more visitors into paying clients and customers.

1. DIY Testimonial Slider Gallery
You can create a simple testimonial slider using an index gallery and this tutorial from Paige Brunton. The advantage of this particular method is that it looks great without any custom coding.

2. DIY Testimonial Slider Summary Carousel
If your Squarespace template doesn’t have index pages or index galleries, you can create a testimonial slider using a blog page, the summary carousel block, and this tutorial from GoLive.
You can also move the carousel arrows to either side of the summary block with the help of this tutorial from Thirty Eight Visuals. This will make your slider look more like the index gallery slider in #1.

3. DIY Text/Image Block Testimonial
Tried and true, one of my favorite ways to add testimonials is to get creative with text and image blocks. Here are a few examples.
The example above uses a text block to showcase a single client testimonial. Not as fancy as a slider but still elegant!
This example is from my Sparhawk template. It uses an image block to create the vertical text on the left, heading 3 and paragraph text for the testimonial, and a banner image to add the squiggly line on the right. (You can also use this free plugin to add vertical text.)
This example is from my Strategy Sessions sales page. I used alternating image, text, and line blocks to create a dynamic layout without the use of a slider. I also used this mini-course* from SquareStylist to ensure the image blocks stacked correctly on mobile screens.
