Due to the digital nature of the product and the fact that templates have to be delivered manually, no refunds will be given. Please read the product page carefully before purchasing.

We offer a no-hassle 14-day money-back guarantee for online courses. Please note that you will not be allowed to request a refund on the same program if you join again.

We do not offer refunds on Squarespace templates for three reasons:
Unlike most digital products, Squarespace templates must be delivered manually, which takes time.
Squarespace templates are easy to duplicate, which makes them a magnet for fraudulent activity.
Unlike courses, you can see exactly what you’re getting when you buy a Squarespace template. We expect customers to view the demo site before deciding to purchase a template.

No. Please remember to enter your discount code at the time of checkout. If you forget, no partial refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Please note that we also do not offer partial refunds if you buy and then later see a course on sale for a lower price. As a small business, requests like these are challenging as we still have to pay processing fees on all charges, even when refunded. We ask customers to respect our policies and will refuse entry back into the same program in cases where customers attempt a return/rebuy scheme.

If you have not made any changes to the template and you email me within 48 hours of purchase, we will allow an even exchange.

No. Course refunds will not granted after 14 days.
Please note that payment plans are a legally binding obligation. If you are outside the 14-day refund window and still have payments left, you must pay these. They are not a subscription service that you can cancel anytime.
