Unlike most digital products, Squarespace templates must be duplicated and delivered manually. Because they are so easy to rip off, they are also a magnet for fraudulent activity. For these reasons, we do not offer refunds.

No. Please remember to enter your discount code at the time of checkout. If you forget, no partial refund will be issued under any circumstances.

If you have not made any changes to the template and you email me within 48 hours of purchase, we will allow an even exchange.

No. Course refunds will not granted after 14 days.
Please note that payment plans are a legally binding obligation. If you are outside the 14-day refund window and still have payments left, you must pay these. They are not a subscription service that you can cancel anytime.
