Unlike courses, you can see exactly what you’re getting when you buy a Squarespace template. We expect customers to view the demo site before deciding to purchase a template. For this and other reasons, we do not offer refunds on templates for any reason.

No. Please remember to enter your discount code at the time of checkout. If you forget, no partial refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Please note that we also do not offer partial refunds if you buy and then later see a course on sale for a lower price. As a small business, requests like these are challenging as we still have to pay processing fees on all charges, even when refunded. We ask customers to respect our policies and will refuse entry back into the same program in cases where customers attempt a return/rebuy scheme.

No. Course refunds will not granted after 14 days.
Please note that payment plans are a legally binding obligation. If you are outside the 14-day refund window and still have payments left, you must pay these. They are not a subscription service that you can cancel anytime.
