Refund Policy

Please read the entire refund policy and the FAQs below before submitting your refund request.

Trust is hard to come by in the online business space, and with educational products, you don’t always know exactly what you’re getting. That’s why you have 14 days to change your mind when you buy one of my signature courses.

This policy is good for one refund only. If you decide to sign up for the course again at a later date, you will not be eligible for a second refund—no exceptions.

I do not issue refunds for other things, such as templates, workshops, or high-touch programs. Please read the sales pages for these offers carefully before completing the checkout process.

  • I get it—there are a lot of crappy courses out there, and mine aren’t exactly cheap. (They are top-tier, though. Just saying.) I want you to feel confident investing in something big, which is why I offer a no-hassle 14-day refund window on my signature courses. If you change your mind for any reason, you’re covered.

    Templates, on the other hand, are what-you-see-is-what-you-get. Workshops and smaller products are lower cost, which keeps your risk low. And high-touch programs require a significant time commitment from me, so I don’t offer refunds on those.

    Every refund costs me money (I still pay the credit card fees), and I’m happy to absorb that cost for my courses because I stand behind them 100%. But for the reasons outlined above, it doesn’t make sense across the board.

  • Sorry, but no. Discount codes must be entered at checkout. I can’t retroactively apply them and I won’t issue partial refunds if you forget to use one.

    Occasionally, someone buys something just before or after a sale and asks to be credited the difference. As a small business, that’s not something I can accommodate. I still have to pay processing fees on all transactions, even refunded ones, and those fees add up fast.

    Also, please don’t try the buy-refund-rebuy trick to get a lower price later. That kind of behavior really hurts small creators and if I see it happen, I won’t allow you back into the program.

  • No. Exchanges and returns for store credit are not allowed.

  • Refunds will not be granted after 14 days—no exceptions.

    Please also note that course payment plans are a legally binding agreement. They are not a subscription you can cancel anytime. If you’re past the 14-day refund window and still owe payments, those payments are still due.

  • Typically, 5-10 business days. FYI, I have no control over this.
